Shrewsbury Township
The Township of Shrewsbury is a small, unique town located in Monmouth County, New Jersey. It was part of the Navesink Patent or Monmouth Tract granted soon after the creation of East Jersey in 1665 The township has a total area of 0.1 square miles, all of which is land, and is nestled between Eatontown, Tinton Falls, and Shrewsbury Boro. Residents enjoy the close proximity to a buzzing Downtown Red Bank, ocean beaches of the Jersey Shore, and swift New York City commuter access via ferry, train, bus or the Garden State Parkway.
